History

MTC was founded by Ms. Delores Aaron, NORD Director in 1991. Ms. Aaron attended the Youth games in 1990 and decided New Orleans needed to have a track team. Ms. Aaron approached Coach Henry Grant Jr. to oversee the track team, and he has been the Head Coach ever since.
